Printed onto Glossy Photo Paper. I cut out the elements. I used DST to attach Topper onto a scalloped edge card. Used foam pads to attach the decoupage elements. I used small crystal bling on the cradle. I stuck spotted blue ribbon around the edges of the topper.

I used Pearl bling on corners of ribbon. I stuck a ribbon on top of card. A very nice design to make up.
