New Baby Boy Fancy Edge with Decoupage

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached design Blue Swirls, cUp 26573_359 to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
