New Baby Girl Sleeping on a Cloud Decoupage

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, i then added a red border all round the outside edges of the design along with a red corner at the top left and right and the bottom left, i then made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design to welcome a new baby girl, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
