I cut out and placed main layer onto good quality card, I then layered all elements with silicone, and finished off by placing tiny blue crystals on each side of card.

I adhered the inserts to top and bottom of inside card.

This is the most adorable little baby card and perfect for the mum and dads serving in the Naval Occupations.

The card is so quick and easy to do you will want to make them over and over.
