I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I then matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.

The decoupage and Greeting Tag was added with foam pads and to finish I added Blue Pearls to opposite corners and a Blue Bow.

The Matching insert with a Baby Boy Verse was used inside.
