I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a scalloped square mat, then on to a blue pearl card.
Layered all elements. Added a gingham bow with a button and thread to embellish, and finished with the greeting. Absolutely adorable.

I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of pastel yellow card before mounting onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads and embellished with pearls.
