Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in gold peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption

Printed onto glossy photo paper, I cut the decoupage and added using foam pads. I attached velvet ribbon to the top & bottom of the base card and then added the topper using foam pads, I finished with satin prams and blue gems.
