I made the decoupage up and layered onto blue pearlescent card. This was then placed in the centre of a gatefold style card.
Either side of the gatefold I stuck some blue gingham backing paper and used my own baby embellishments for 3 of the corners and made my own sentiment tag for the other corner.
I used pale blue bows and jewels to finish this beautiful design off.
