I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with lemon card and mounted it onto a white base card I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added some little flat back pearls...this is a gorgeous design.
