Out at Last New Baby Boy
a decoupage sheet to celebrate the birth of a new baby boy has a cute little boy sat in a striped romper suit the captions being ....Out at last. I just spent 9 months on the inside, a nice humourus but cute topper sure to bring a smile to any new parents.

I printed the sheet off onto 200gsm CUP photo paper. I cut away the white background on the base layer and replaced it with gold matt card.
I matted the whole thing onto blue holo card, added a pale blue feather and used foam pads to mount it to the card blank.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used blue gems to embellish and Star Dust Stickles to add some glitz.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greetings using thin foam tape.
