Yipeee the Twin Boys Are HereCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.

I attached the sentiment using 1m foam pads.

I used fabric teddies, card candy and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
