I cut card to make a large 8.5" square card. Then used a piece of pink gingham backing paper and added the main card to the side and decoupaged the bear and blocks.

I added the printed greeting on the main card and then printed an additional greeting on the computer to personalise it and added in the centre of the gingham at the side.

A pale pink bow at the top and a strip of adhesive ribbon at the base completed this lovely card for my baby granddaughter's First birthday.
