I printed the sheet half size onto matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I matted the base inage on white and mounted it onto a 14.5cm.sq. card covered with cup74030_359 Soft Subtle Cloud Vellum.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with clear-silver holographic peel off borders.
