Such a pretty card for a little girl and aren't the numbers lovely! I attached the main sheet top left on a white pearlised 7x5in. card and added the layers.
Then I added some digi ribbons (26883 Sorbet Citrus) putting the bow from the original sheet across the bottom and finished off with one of the pretty numbers.
