I cut the base topper from the printed sheet and ahered it to an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's cream card base with DST.

With foam tape I then added the Baby girl decourpage element and added a couple of Rub-ons. The silver peel-offs finished the card.

Very simple and with the insert added to the inside of the card - it is made very quickly. As the card says, Just Gorgeous!
