Congratulations a Baby GirlCompleted by Julie Mathewson

First I printed onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the peices. I used a cream card and folded it to make an easel card. I used candy pink paper on the back and pink and white spotted paper on the bottom.

I stuck the decoupaged picture onto candy pink paper and attached it to the back of easel card. I used the enclosed greeting for the stopper and then added embellishments of my own to finish
