Out at Last New Baby Girl
a decoupage sheet to celebrate the birth of a new baby girl has a cute little girl sat in a striped romper suit the captions being ....Out at last. I just spent 9 months on the inside, a nice humourus but cute topper sure to bring a smile to any new parents.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white A5 scallop edge card using d.s tape and added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is a matching insert to this card (cup458632_1209) which I placed inside to finish the card.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greetings using thin foam tape.
