Pink Teddy Bear Decoupage SheetCompleted by Sheila Horne

I used a pink & white gingham backing paper. I cut out the design and layered with foam pads. Attached this at an angle to the card. Added some paper lace across the bottom and a pink bow. finally a It's a Girl peel off.
