Printed on good quality paper and cut out. Layered with 1mm and 2 mm foam pads to add dimension. I chose to use sentiment Happy Birthday.

Taped matching background on palebrown cardstock and attached topper on it. Added six heartshaped gemstones and painted "ropes" on them so it looks like they are hanging.
