I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white cardwith a cie cut edge that I covered with kit517514_1298.
I added the insert to the inside of the card. I assembled the elements with foam pads. great design.
Printed and cut out and made up layers with silicone glue attached to a glittery pink background and then onto a 6x6 square scalloped card - added two pink gems to middle of bows and made my own greeting - such a lovely design for this New Baby card.
