a decoupage sheet to celebrate the birth of twin girls has the twins sat in prison stripes on a lace doily with gingham background , oh dear, the comment being we just spent 9 months on the inside, cute, the caption at the top says yipeee we're here.

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a pink card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.
I attached the sentiment using 1mm foam pads.
I used fabric teddies, card candy and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some white pearls to the lace on center. I used some diamond stickles to add sparkle to the hats
I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
