The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I cut down a white 8x8 silk art card blank to give me a 7x7 square card blank. I mounted the topper onto a piece of pink silk art card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.
I used pink organza ribbon and silver peeloff corners to decorate.
