Pregnancy Congratulations - Decoupage CardCompleted by Johanna Lambert

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card. I cut out all of the images and mounted the main one onto my card base. I then added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect and added some pale blue gems to the swirls.
