Printed sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Used white cardstock and made a gatefold card and embossed the openings with a quilting pattern. Used ds tape to adhere base picture to the middle of the card and used silicone to decoupage the pieces.

Added a gold border sticker around the picture as a frame. Very simple to do and the kids are bound to love it. Thank you for the opportunity to show finished product.
