Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached he main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.

This is a lovely design with lots of different uses ie Thinking of you, Just to say.... as well as Birthday etc.
