I've Got My Eye on You Step by Step
This design of a cat gazing at a butterfly landing on the roses embellishing a wooden frame comes with one topper/card front, five main decoupage pieces and three assorted sentiments.
This design lends itself to making two cards either using the topper for one and the other pieces to make the second or split the decoupage pieces between the two.

I covered an A5 card with some pale blue backing paper then printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted the main image to the card,then decoupage up the front of the card,then with some blue organza ribbon went up through the inside of the card and tied the ribbon at the front.
I printed the design on a glossy photo paper, attached the design to a colored cardstock , cut out all the elements, and made a 3D with foam pads
