I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base. The Topper, Ribbon and decoupage were all added with foam tape and foam pads.
To finish I used the Matching insert inside and added Clear Gems.
