Printed on to HQ glossy paper.Once I had cut out all elements I built up the decoupage pieces using 3d foam between the layers.I decided to use all three of the little tags as they are so sweet and I placed them in a fan shape as shown onto the design.Once all pieces had been built up I adhered the completed design on to a pre folded cream card and then added a blue bow to the top left corner of the card.This design would look gorgeous used witha variety of pastel card stock backgrounds.Baby blue or pale pink with mathcing bows is one suggestion,or even beige hues.
