Printed sheet onto good quality 120gsm paper. Cut out all elements and attached using double sided tape. Attached to a navy blue card then using light blue card embossed using the dots. Attached to white card and using a blue pen fake stitched around card.
Used blue liquid pearls for the dot in the bow. Very simple easy card.
