Cute Tugs 5

The main topper was mounted on to blue pearl card, then added to a textured dark blue card. The decoupage layers were then shaped and added using pinflair glue.

I finished off by using a glittery gel pen to highlight the shaded areas on the clouds and a clear gel pen on the larger tugs windows/eyes.

I sized to 6x6 and printed to white matt card. Attached to dark blue card blank. Decoupaged with 2mm foam and added own sentiment and glitter. Lovely easy card.
