This was just the easiest card to make. I took a white A5 card blank , printed out the sheet onto 170gsm photo paper and cut it out. The image is clearly defined and simple to cut out. I stuck the backing sheet onto the card blank using double sided tape and the decoupage using silicone glue. I added the happy birthday from the sheet, used the plain circle off the sheet and put the 7 from the sheet onto it then used matching black lettering to spell out the childs name.

So quick and easy to make but a lovely image for a football mad boy.
