I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces ans mounted the main image onto an A6 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with blue peel off borders.

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a red card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with the matching insert.
