Messing Around on the River Card Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6x6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
