I printed out the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted the items with foam tape onto the base topper.

I then adhered the base topper with DST onto a matching gold cardstock and it was done.

I'm making up a present for someone close - consisting of a Birthday Card Planner (pre-purchased) and filling it with appropriate cards for her family and friends birthdays.
