I printed the image on 250gsm matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I layered the topper with red and gold marbled mirror card and attached it to the card with photo glue.

I then framed the topper with black peel off borders.

I added the decoupage with glue gel. To decorate I used some glitter on the 13 and added small red gems to the worded decoupage. A great card for reaching those teenage years
