Blue Shaped Card Bookmark and Tag

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the front panels using thin foam tape along the bottom and left side of the large section and right side of the small section.

This creates the pockets to hold the bookmark and tag. I attached the design to the card using double side tape.
