used an 8x8 scallped card silver mirror and an embossed card to do first mat and layer used wet glue to attach to card made topper bit smaller .used a die to make a square to use as a mat for topper. did decoupage using silicon glue then used sticky fixers to atch to card .embellishments used are paper flowers and organza ribbon a pink gem strip round bow.sentiments are best wishes ,special friend. you can have any sentiment if you wish to purchase this card. this topper is a really nice and nice to work on.
