used A4 scalloped edge white card fold in half , printed on photo paper, cut all pieces out, put main picture on lime green mirror card, place on main card put first layer of the shoe on with d/sided sticky pads and the rest of decoupage with silicone adhesive and that includes the top of shoe its a bit easyer, I put a sentiment in the corner and glitter and three gems on shoe heel.
