Purple Tea Rose Card Front with Topper and Decoupage

I printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper and mounted the topper onto a scalloped card blank with a mat of co-ordinating card stock.I used 3d foam pads to add the panel and glue gel to give shape to the decoupage elements and finished with some pearls and a bow.A gorgeous design,beautiful colours and a good choice of sentiments.
