I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I layered the main image with an embossed mat and mounted it onto a contrasting card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a lace bow...this is a gorgeous design suitable for various occasions.
