Vintage Book Topper with Red and Yellow RoseCompleted by Dorothy Manchester

I matted the book topper onto card stock. I used foam adhesive to decoupage the red and yellow roses. For a border I rolled wood grain paper into a stick shape to give it a rustic feel. I added two on each side.
