Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits), I attached the main image to a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.

With this image I printed onto matte photo paper and placed firstly onto gold mirri card then onto white card blank.
I added decoupage with foam pads and to finish added jewels and a bow.
