Windmill in the Distance 7x7 Card with DecoupageCompleted by Ann McKenzie

I placed the main image on cream card with double sided tape, added decoupage with foam tape and added a sentiment to right, below bottom edge of image with double sided tape.

To finish off I added two diamante dots to left side of sentiment and a gold dot to centre of flower above rose to complete the card.
