3D Decoupage Roses,bows and ButterfliesCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. I made a landscape easel card from an A5 card blank and a glitzy backing with the help from a glitter girls board.

I made up the decoupage using silicone gel and added black and silver glitter to the edges of the ribbon with a glue pen.

I mounted it onto the base with silicone gel.
