I printed onto super smooth paper and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage with foam pads. I made a 6" square card in a deep red and then mounted on a square of rose pink pearlised paper.

I attached the topper with foam tape to give dimension. I tied a length of green fibre around the spine and then tied on the greeting tag, after matting it to co-ordinate with card base.
