I printed sheet onto photo paper and added decoupage with 3D gel after shaping the flowers.

I added glitter to the bow and Stickles to the flower centres. I matt the main topper onto silver card and matt that onto a square white easel card I made with an A3 piece of white card.

I finished off the card adding clear gems, corner peel-offs, text and greeting for the easel stopper.
