Lovely Poppies Birthday Topper Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted the base image onto gold mirror card then added a die cut greeting then the layer onto red then gold mirror card, matted the elements onto gold mirror card attached all with foam pads onto the 8x8 card base, embellished with a red satin bow and stickles to add some sparkle.
