I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using silicone glue. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I also added some glitter to the tulips and the butterflies.
