Print on quality cardstock. Cut and decoupage with foam pads. I added a bit of glitter on the flower centers and a silver pearl on the greeting tag. I then did a double matte of thin black and then orange/red cardstock.

I adhered it to a blank white card that I had punched along the right border. To complete the card I glued a matching strip of cardstock behind the lace border.
