I printed the sheet on to matt photo paper and cut out all teh elements. I created a 7x7 frame in white card and mounted it in the centre of an 8x8 card. I matted the main image inside the frame and added the decoupage using foam tape.
I added peel off borders around the outside of the frame and added flowers to the frame. I finished with red gems. These designs are extremely versatile.
